Today at playgroup…

Georgie and I went to our “Little Explorers” playgroup today, at our local Sure Start Children’s Centre.
Despite a grumpy start to the day, Georgie played very nicely at the group and coped really well when one of the older kids nicked the toy she was trying to play with, so that’s good. She fell off her chair three times during snack time for some reason – two of the three times she just slid off forwards and ended up lying under the table! It was quite comical, really.
Georgie kept giving this toy dog lots of lovely big cuddles.
And then she hit it with a wooden block. Don’t you just love toddlers?
For craft time “we” made a paper sunflower and then planted it in a pot full of soil with three real sunflower seeds. I’ll let you know if they grow!
