Quality cousin time!

Last week we returned from our holidays and I have been trying to catch up with everything since, while battling a bug and dealing with my adorable but mischievous toddler at the same time!
We had a great time down in Cornwall with family, and thanks to our stay overlapping with my sister & her daughter, and my brother along with his new fiancé, Georgie managed to spend a couple of days playing with her cousin Isabelle.
Georgie definitely took to Izzy – I think that it was a big case of the “cool older cousin”! Bless my little girl, she started following her all over the place and wanting to join in with everything Izzy was playing with.
The two girls were walking together down the lane to the farm and it was incredible sweet. Izzy loves to splash in puddles but Georgie disapproves of all things water related, so was watching Izzy with incredulity whenever she jumped delightedly in a puddle! Eventually the curiosity overcame Georgie and she started prodding the water with her toes to splash it.
It was really nice to see the two girls getting to spend some time together, it’s a shame that we don’t live closer so they can enjoy some more!
