Making friends with the Alpacas… and her Great Uncle!

Last weekend we went to stay with my Uncle Roddy near Bath – it was lovely for Georgie to spend some time with him as they have only really encountered each other at large family events up until now. Georgie wasted no time in making herself at home in their house, clambering around the furniture and unpacking the box of old toys that she was presented with.
Georgie was very impressed with their selection of retro Duplo!
On Saturday morning Roddy took us on a walk around his village to meet the local alpacas. Georgie was completely fascinated by them and spent ages staring at them.
She even worked up the courage to feed them some dandelion leaves! She was very pleased and proud of herself.
We are gradually ticking off the family members on the “meet Georgie properly/spend some time with her” list – we have a lot of relatives and they are very spread out. Of course, we will have to start all over again next year when Squidge arrives!
