We have had a fantastic Easter weekend, despite the bad weather! I hope that everyone else has enjoyed theirs. Georgie is a little young to partake in Easter related fun & games (I can’t wait for our first egg hunt or similar fun!).
We had Cazz, Chris & Ali to stay for a few days which was great – I got to have Ali cuddles and we got to dress Ali and Georgie in matching pyjamas, always cute!
On Saturday James and I left Georgie with Cazz & co. and went to see Diversity’s new Digitized tour at the LG Arena. We went to the Diversitoys tour back in December 2010 while I was pregnant, so I was really excited to see the sequel. It was fantastic! They had some really great guest performers, and the dancing was just spectacular. The staging was incredible too; the tour is being sponsored by Sky and the budget was definitely a lot bigger than the Diversitoys tour!
I got lots of Easter cuddles from my baby girl this weekend, which was lovely. She ended up spending a night in our bed because she wasn’t settling well on her own after a bad dream, and we didn’t want her disturbing our guests! I did enjoy my baby cuddles though, despite not sleeping that well!
Our weekend also featured: an unexpected afternoon chilling out & catching up with a good friend, selling my iPad *sob* and old digital camera to start building up a new iPad fund, dinner with my mother-in-law, a couple of chocolatey treats, and the satisfaction of managing to get some stuff done we’ve been wanting to do!
