I’ve been feeling ill this week but have finally perked up a bit today and have started to appreciate the good weather a little bit more! Georgie and I spent the afternoon relaxing in the garden today and it definitely helped me feel a bit better to get some fresh air and sunshine.
Thanks to some lovely people who stood directly underneath her bedroom window and proceeded to have a ridiculously loud conversation for no apparent reason, Georgie’s afternoon nap was cut short by about an hour and she refused to settle back down.
She ended up rejoining me in the garden and having a lovely long cuddle in the shade of the big umbrella which I have to admit was lovely… it was rather warm having a toddler sprawled over me in this weather, but lovely to have a snuggly cuddle nonetheless!
