I find breast pumps really useful, being able to express milk is handy if you want to leave your baby with someone for a few hours so you can escape have a break, or if you want to share the feeding duties with anyone else, to give them a turn at snuggly baby cuddles. Lydia is now drinking expressed milk from a sippy cup quite happily, which was handy when we stayed with my parents recently.
