Happy Valentine’s Day, Mama Geek readers! I have been having fun this morning, Parcelgenie-ing my closest friends with silly little gifts to celebrate the day. The baby is still asleep after her late night yesterday (teething pain does not make for an early bedtime!) so I am relaxing & drinking my coffee while I wait for her to wake up.
I am also having a lovely browse of the Bravissimo website after one of my best friends sent me a gift voucher for Valentines Day! I am going to treat myself to a really pretty nursing bra as I still plan to breastfeed Georgie for at least a few more months, and my nursing bras are all falling apart! We have a bit of a history of celebrating today with each other, and it’s so lovely that our old traditions still continue even though we don’t get much chance to see each other these days.
James & I exchanged cards this morning and, more excitingly, our new bed arrives this afternoon! This also means we now have a proper bed in our spare room, and our futon sofabed has moved downstairs to the front room. Does this make us proper grown ups?
