On Sunday afternoon we drove up to West Bromwich to attend the ‘VIP launch event’ of Inflata Nation’s latest ‘inflatable theme park’, which opened this week. We spent a happy two hours bouncing about, exploring all the centre had to offer, and slurping on some refreshing slushies!
This is the first centre of this type we’ve been too – the girls have been to a few parties at one of our local trampoline parks, and have always loved a good bouncy castle, but it was their first go on something of this scale. They loved it.
Inflata Nation West Brom has a wide range of activities to enjoy, all joined together to make one big bouncy playground. The girls had a go on everything, and loved the huge slides and purple ball pool in particular.
By the time we left, after two hours of play, we were all exhausted! It is definitely a good workout, and we all slept well afterwards. James and I enjoyed having a bounce as well as the girls – it’s definitely a fun outing for the whole family.
There were so many different things to try out that the girls didn’t get bored, and were busy bouncing from one area to the next, with the odd break at our table for a quick drink of their slushies and an energy boosting snack.
The cafe had a good variety of drinks & snacks available, free WiFi, and there are plenty of toilets too. Lockers are available in the entrance area, and there is lift access for those who need it.
Activities at Inflata Nation West Brom
- Ball Pool – complete with slide & big inflated balls
- Infalta Race – the obstacle course
- Inflata Wreck – a wrecking ball & four platforms
- Inflata Duel – a gladiator style area, with inflatable batons to whack each other with, and inflated balls to wobble around on
- Inflata Drop – a big drop slide with a bouncy landing pad
- Inflata Wave – five big wavy slides (including two really big ones)
- Inflata Pillow – what it sounds like; a big inflated pillow to bounce around on
- Inflata Balls – total wipeout style huge inflated balls to jump across – and there are two lines so you can race each other too
- Inflata Bubble – a large area of inflated ‘bubbles’ to have a really good bounce on
- An under 4’s area with a small ball pool, slides, and obstacles
- Plus a variety of inflated obstacles!
Parking & Pricing
You do have to pay for parking in the car park at Astle Retail Park, but we found the price fairly reasonable for a town centre car park, and you can pop to the M&S outlet and B&M while you are there for some bargain hunting.

Under 4’s are allowed in the main arena until 6pm, as long as they can walk – non walkers/babies in arms are only allowed in during specific toddler sessions.
