This Sunday we are heading up to Tatton Park to attend a brand new family festival, Geronimo! We have been given press accreditation to the show in order to check it out and share the fun here on Mama Geek.
The festival has six different zones, and it sounds like so much fun, I’m sure the kids are going to love it. In the Geronastage Zone we will be able to find the main stage entertainment, including Mr Bloom, Katy Ashworth, Swashbuckle’s Cook & Line, and Alex Winters.
The Adrenalin Zone promises “high octane thrills and spills”, there is a 3ft and under zone, and a Groovy zone (“let’s get bopping!”), and well as a circus zone and even one called “funky junk” – for “creative workshops galore!”
I can’t wait to see the kids faces when they clap eyes on the Inflatable Village, it sounds so fun.
Here’s the key facts you need to know about Geronimo:
- it is a brand new festival aimed at families with children up to 12 years old
- all adults need to be accompanied by a child – no solo adults allowed
- under twos are free
- all the activities are included in the ticket price – that includes the donkey rides, inflatable village, and helter skelter!
- the festival takes place from Saturday 23rd May till 25th May, from 10am to 5pm each day.
- tickets are currently avaliable online – the early bird ones are sold out but standard advance tickets are still a bit cheaper than the on-the-door prices
- it is taking place at Tatton Park, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 6NQ – and parking costs £5

Eek, we’re going too. I won some tickets and we’re heading there on Monday, I can’t wait to see my little boys face either. He’s not 3 yet and he’ll be absolutely amazed!
