Georgie has started to show decided favouritism for different toys and objects now, and her absolute favourite thing is her free HiPP elephant comforter, which we received when we joined the HiPP Organic baby club.
This thing goes everywhere with her – in the car seat, the pushchair, her crib & the bouncy chair – and anywhere else you can think of! It even comes to the changing mat with her sometimes. As I pick her up, more often than not, the little orange elephant will be clutched in one of her hands and dangles merrily as I carry her around. As a result, it is a frequent feature in photographs of our little girl!
It is rather gorgeous though; it has very tactile supersoft fur, it’s a fab bright orange, and Georgie seems to think that the elephant head and knots on the corners are great for holding onto, chewing and sucking!
It’s getting to the stage where I’m a little bit worried about it going missing – what if she drops it on the pavement while we’re out, and I don’t notice?! Thankfully, HiPP sell them on their online shop for the bargain price of £3 – with free postage. I think I’ll be getting a few spares in, so I can rotate them in and out of the washing machine, if nothing else!
