Georgie and I decided to make a double batch of Rocky Road, and I have amended this wonderful recipe from Jo’s Kitchen to create what we called “All the M’s Rocky Road“

I decided to video our efforts so you can find that at the bottom of the post, along with the recipe…
All the M’s refers to the mix including m&m’s, peanut m&m’s, and mini marshmallows. The combination is absolutely delicious, really scrummy. I sent one batch into James’s work (the destination of a lot of my experiments in the kitchen) where it was quickly demolished, and we hoovered up the rest at home.
Georgie had loads of fun making (and eating!) this. Some of the quantities you might see aren’t spot on in this video as we are doing a double batch and did a few things like crushing the biscuits one batch at a time, and other parts all at once.
All the M’s Rocky Road
Rocky Road with m&m’s, peanut m&m’s and mini marshmallows. Very yummy!
Prep Time: 30 min
Ingredients
- 50g butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons golden syrup
- 500g milk chocolate
- 10 digestive biscuits
- 1 small handful of marshmallows
- 1 small handful of m&m’s
- 1 small handful of peanut m&m’s
Instructions
- Smash up your digestive biscuits. It’s nice to have a few chunks still so don’t worry about turning every last bit to crumbs.
- Break up the chocolate into pieces.
- In a saucepan, melt together the butter, honey, golden syrup and chocolate.
- Mix up your crushed biscuits, marshmallows, m&m’s & peanut m&m’s and combine with the chocolate mixture.
- Spoon your mixture onto two lined baking trays.
- Press it down and then compress the mixture by using a rolling pin over another layer of greaseproof paper.
- Sprinkle some icing sugar over the top before putting in the fridge for a few hours to set.
- Cut into squares & enjoy!
Notes
- WARNING: Obviously, this recipe contains peanuts.

This looks amazing and I LOVE the video. Georgie is the cutest! x
