Following on from my recent Christmas gift card envelopes printable, I’ve created a set of templates for making your own little festive gift bags, designed to match the envelopes.
Lydia has made a good handful of new friends at high school in the space of a few months, and she decided that she wanted to give them all a small gift for Christmas, and after browsing some of the 3D print databases online, we chose this fidget toy Christmas tree, and the matching Santa hat.
Along with each tree, we added a handful of Cadbury heroes chocolates, and popped them into some of the bags I had made for her. The bags were just the right size for the small gifts.
The download includes the template files for each of the four designs, an instruction sheet, and some matching gift bags. I used a glue pen to easily add glue to the flaps in the right spots (this one is my favourite), a single hole punch to add the holes, and some curling ribbons in different colours to finish them off.
You can finish off the bags in two ways, by adding handles or threading a single length of ribbon through all four holes and tying it off to close up the bag.
