Last week I was treated to a fabulous evening in Rugby, joining a group of other bloggers and some lovely folks from Tinyme for a delicious three-course meal at Brownsover Hall Hotel.
It’s always great to meet up with other bloggers, especially at a local event in the Midlands, and we all had a great time chatting & laughing together while we consumed some truly delicious food and lovely bubbly drinks! I enjoyed the opportunity of putting names to faces & making new friends.
But the event wasn’t put on just so I could stuff myself full of yumminess and spend the evening chatting; we were there with a purpose, and that purpose was to learn more about the company and their products.
Tinyme are based in Australia, headed up by 3 dads (who have 14 children between them!), and they create beautiful personalised products for children. You can read the full story being the company at their about me page – it really is worth a read, being an inspiring story of a great idea and hard work resulting in a successful company which is still expanding today.
GEEK + CUTE = YAY!
As well as telling us about the history of Tinyme, Ionela (the face of Tinyme in the UK) and Ben (one of the 3 Dads of Tinyme) showed off some of their gorgeous products and told us about the design asthetic and brand values of the company. I really admired their passion for great design, and their commitment to making sure their customers get to take control over what they are buying, by providing them with dozens of options to customise the products.
Tinyme sell a range of labels, bags, wall stickers, stationary, books, and a few more things besides – almost all of which are customisable, and an awful lot of which are personalisable with your child’s name & in some cases their very own Tinyme avatar.
In addition to this range of fab products, Tinyme also have a great range of personalisable free printables on their site which look like so much fun! Make sure you take a look – there are masks, bookmarks, colouring sheets, and lots of other fun stuff.
In the little sample pack that I was given at the dinner was a voucher so that I could order something from the Tinyme website. I chose a Mini Messenger Bag for Georgie – after spending ages agonising over designs and colours! The order process was easy, if a little slow, and the bag arrived well within the delivery window.
I’m really pleased with the bag – the quality looks great, there are plenty of pockets for Georgie to hide treasures in, and the printing is superb. The design is really sweet. It is going to make a lovely Christmas present for her under the tree this year!
I had a lovely evening, so thank you to Tinyme and the other bloggers that made it such fun. Especial thanks to the lovely Mrs Shilts for giving me a lift home too!

How much would you say you can fit in it? This is my fav design and the little guy needs a new bag for a few nappies wipes and snacks 🙂
It’s quite large really, my daughter managed to fit her doll inside – folded in two, poor Melody doll! I should think you could fit a few nappies and a pack of wipes in fairly easily, along with a couple of snacks. There are a couple of different pockets you could pop the snacks in to keep them separate.
Kirsty, here is a photo of the bag with four 4+ nappies & a brand new fat pack of wipes. Still space for a couple of snacks and a small cup I think!
