I posted about Georgie’s love of Raa Raa the Noisy Lion a little while ago, and on Saturday she was absolutely delighted to be given her very own knitted Raa Raa from her Grandma!
My Mum followed the knitting pattern on the Raa Raa website to create Georgie’s new friend, and the resulting soft toy is absolutely gorgeous. When Mum gave it to Georgie, the baby clung onto it for dear life and played with it for ages. Usually she likes to give her toys to people (and then take them back again after about 30 seconds!) but there was no way Raa Raa was going to be extracted from her iron clad grip. He definitely proved to be very popular with our Raa Raa addict.
If you know anyone with a love for Raa Raa and you have skills with a pair of knitting needle, I’d get cracking if I were you – he makes one adorable soft toy!
