I must be a glutton for punishment as I will be once again opening up our house to half a dozen preschoolers in order to host another twitter party next month! Our last one was so much fun for Georgie and Lydia that I couldn’t resist the lure of volunteering for another.
Dora and Friends: Into the City! is a new tv show beginning on Nick Jr on 3rd November, and it looks great. Georgie is a HUGE Dora the Explorer fan – it is her number 1 requested tv show, which she watches during her “rests” in the afternoons, and so she is really excited about the new show.
In Dora and Friends: Into the City!, Dora is a few years older and has moved to the city where she makes new friends and goes on all sorts of magical adventures. As with Dora the Explorer, it is a dual-language program, using both English & Spanish. Dora is joined by Alana, Emma, Kate, Naiya and Pablo who help her solve problems and uncover mysteries.
Our twitter party is from 4-6pm on 3rd November, co-inciding with the first episode of Dora’s new show which will be aired on Nick Jr at 5pm. Make sure you join us online with the hashtag #doraandfriends as there will be loads of prizes to be won!
