Product: Snuggle Sac
Age Range: 3 years+
Manufacturer’s Description: We love this super stylish Grey Star Original Snuggle Sac. It’s great design means that it can be used for conventional bedding at night or simply for getting cosy on the sofa. And because it comes in a handy tote bag, it can be taken on holiday and sleepovers in a jiffy!
Review: We were sent a Grey Star Original Snuggle Sac by Ollie & Leila for Georgie to try out and it has been such a huge hit that she has slept in it every night since it arrived a few weeks ago.
The Snuggle Sac has a 100% cotton lining which is really soft to the touch and comfortable against your skin. The outer fabric is super cosy and fluffy, and definitely gives the Sac its Snuggle factor!
The Child sized Snuggle Sac is 180cm long and will last Georgie for a good few years. It’s designed to replace your duvet at home, and will also be brilliant for sleepovers and that kind of thing. We went on our first camping trip last year and the girls shared an air bed and used their duvets and pillows from home. The Snuggle Sac will be ideal for the camping trips we are hoping to take this year.
Every Snuggle Sac comes with a free carry bag which will be so useful whenever Georgie is using it away from home.
The Snuggle Sac has a built in “pillow case” that you can slide your own pillow into. Georgie loves this as she really likes her squishy pillow and always sleeps best with her own pillow.
Possibly my favourite thing about the Snuggle Sac is that you can throw it in the washing machine on a wash & dry cycle without worrying. It’s such a pain when you have something really nice like this but it is difficult to wash. This way, Georgie can continue to use it every night if she likes and I can just wash & dry it during the day.
The grey star pattern is really attractive, and the Snuggle Sac logo is embroidered onto one corner in a complementary colour.
Although I really like this product and Georgie really loves it the price does make me pause a little, £50 is a little expensive compared to other child sleeping bags on the market. It can replace both your sleeping bag for out & about, and all bedding other than sheets and a pillow at home, however.
Georgie’s thoughts: “It’s good! I do like the stars. It is comfy and soft.”
We give the Snuggle Sac 4 stars.
