Introducing the Parenting Bloggers Database

Home PR Info Introducing the Parenting Bloggers Database

I put out a few feelers online last week about sponsored posts & PRs. Although I don’t accept sponsored posts or links here on Mama Geek (just product reviews & giveaways – read my PR Info page for more details), I know a lot of bloggers are happy to and welcome the opportunity to connect up with new contacts.

I often get brands and PR companies emailing me to offer me the opportunity to work with them in this capacity. Instead of just replying “thanks, but no thanks” I thought it would be great if I could change my standard reply to “thanks, but no thanks… however, I know a few people who might be able to help”. With this in mind, I asked a group of fellow bloggers to give me a few details if they were interested in being put forward to PRs for sponsored post opportunities.

The response was brilliant, so when I lost all the info (d’oh!) due to the facebook group I posted in disappearing into thin air, I put up a page on my blog, embedded a google form & sent the link out to see if anyone was interested in having their details made available to PRs that contact me asking about collaboration.

So far, I’m up to 80 blogs, and counting! The list includes bloggers who will accept guest content, will write sponsored posts, provide banner advertising, reviews, giveaways & are happy to receive press releases and/or event invitations.

If you’d like to be included in my Parenting Bloggers Database feel free to head over to that page and submit your details. You can email me at any point to have them removed or to update your info.

If you are a brand or PR company & you are interested in accessing the database, just contact me and I will be happy to help – this information service won’t cost you a penny and I’ll even send out regular database updates if you’d like.
