NICI Wonderland Mini Clara

Review: Georgie was immediately taken with this doll, and it’s not hard to see why. As soon as I opened the packaging I could see that Clara, as Georgie calls her, is high quality and very adorable.

Miniclara is completely made of a lovely plush fabric, with just the right amount of padding which has resulted in this super soft and very cuddly doll. All of her detailing, the ribbons, hair flower, etc, are well sewn on which means you don’t have to worry about anything untying and falling off, making her suitable for babies to cuddle.

Georgie and Lydia both really love Miniclara and she has even been given the honour of a night in Georgie’s bed, and also a go in her doll pushchair. Lydie really loves soft fluffy toys to cuddle for comfort and Clara always gets huge cuddles from her, a sure sign of approval.

The outfit set we also received with the doll is really nice, and you get quite a few things allowing you to change the doll’s appearance quite a bit. Some of it is reversible too, giving you even more options. Both skirts and the leg warmers use soft fuzzy velcro to attach around the doll, while the wings slip on using attached ribbons, and the crown attaches with elastic around her buns.

Georgie really likes the kitten, too, which sits inside Miniclara’s handbag & is attached to the inside of the bag with a little ribbon. The bag then slips over her arm so she can carry her pet around with her, much to Georgie’s amusement.

Overall I am really happy with the doll and think it would make a wonderful present for any small child. The ballerina aspect has not escaped Georgie’s notice, and everyone who has been proudly shown her new doll has also been given a display of her twirling about because “she’s a dancer!”

In my opinion, this is a really high quality product with excellent fabrics, neat & tidy stitching, lovely net & embroidery detailing, and very sweet design. At £25.99 she is a little more expensive than the typical baby doll, but she is so much nicer – you get what you pay for in this case, and Miniclara is absolutely gorgeous. 5 stars for this lovely doll.
