Delivery from Santa: A look in Lydia’s stocking, aged 10 months

Home Chit Chat Delivery from Santa: A look in Lydia’s stocking, aged 10 months

Last week I posted about the contents of Georgie’s stocking, and here is what I got for Lydia.

Our baby girl will be pretty much 10 months old at Christmas time, so I have tried to find small toys that she will find stimulating, fun and soothing to her poor gums! Most of these are small enough to actually fit inside a stocking, an important feature of a “stocking filler” I think.

We have plenty of hand me down baby toys that Lydia enjoys playing with, so we didn’t need to get her a lot of new things. Georgie was never keen on teethers, whereas Lydia loves them, so there are a couple of those in her stocking this year. Lydia really enjoys toys that rattle, so she should enjoy the few I’ve included in her goodies.

Here are the treats Lydia will be playing with on Christmas morning…

Musical Keys – £4.50 (£6.00 before discount)

Animal Clacker Sticks – £1.99 (set of 3)

Baby Bugs Water Teether – £3.00 (£4.00 before discount)

Lydia's Stocking

As with Georgie’s stocking, I’m pleased with what I managed to find with such a small budget. I took advantage of a discount code I had for the Early Learning Centre, and popped some fun noisy toys in there too.

Next up, I’ll share the bits & pieces I’ve chosen for the girls’ “tree presents,” which we will be unwrapping after my gobbling up my Dad’s amazing Christmas Dinner this year in Cornwall!
