Pink Lining Wheelie Case

Review: My initial impression of this suitcase was really good, and it hasn’t disappointed. We have used it during our house move to transport bits & pieces for the girls in, and it is going to be the perfect case for Georgie to use for her occasional sleepovers at Granny’s house in the future.

Pink Lining are a brand well known for their high quality & beautiful products, and this Wheelie Case lives up to that reputation. We have the Little Lady design, which uses a gorgeous pattern of daisies and ladybirds with blue stars for the main case, with a front pocket embroidered with a large ladybird and the words “little lady”.

The fastenings and other details on the case are all made from complimentary shades of blue and red, and of course the case has their famous pink lining! The Pink Lining “PL Child” range also includes boys cases, and these have a blue lining. The lining is all nylon, and the outer material is a wipe friendly EVA laminated cotton canvas that seems durable and easy to keep fairly clean.

This little suitcase is the perfect size for small children, and ideal to use for weekend breaks away. I easily managed to fit everything Georgie would need for two nights & days into the case, including plenty of clothes, a couple of extra nappies, a pack of wipes, two decent sized soft toys, spare shoes & some little books slotted nicely into the outside pocket.

Georgie is able to use this case easily all by herself; she happily pulls it around, lifting it up easily onto its wheels and pulling the handle up & down. She can do all the zips herself and, as a fairly independent young lady, really loves the fact she can do it all herself & not rely on her Daddy or I to carry her cases for her!

As soon as I unpacked the case she was delighted with it, and when we were at Granny’s house last week she was very proudly parading it up and down the hallway showing off! It is a really visually appealing case, and seems to be as strong and durable as it is attractive. I am really pleased with how tough this case is, and I really do think it is going to last us years & years.

Everyone who has seen this case has complimented it, and I think that the price of £38.00 is reasonable for a quality piece of luggage like this. I’ve taken a look at the other wheeled suitcases available online and sturdy cases like these are a similar sort of price, and most of them are certainly not as fun or attractive as this case is.

We give the Pink Lining Wheelie Case 5 stars!
