Review: Dora and Friends Doggie Day! Dolls

Review: We were sent two Dora and Friends Doggie Day! dolls to review, and they have been an absolute hit with our two girls. We were sent Dora and Kate and the girls each claimed one each to call their own.

Each of the dolls come with a charm that can be used with the charm bracelets you can buy from the same range of toys (read my review of these here). Both charms are puppies from the Doggie Day episode of Dora and Friends, in different bright colours.

Both the dolls were instantly recognisable to our two little Dora and Friends fans as their on screen characters, and they are both wearing dog dresses, in keeping with the Doggie Day! theme. The legs, arms and head all move and they have long hair that you can brush and play with.

Each doll comes with a removable dress and shoes, which both girls can take off (but only Georgie can put back on!), and Dora also has her signature charm bracelet, which clips onto her wrist. The dolls have underwear as part of their shape, and yes, Lydia did peek under Doras skirt to check she was wearing pants!

We found that Kates shoes didn’t stay on very well, but Dora’s were ok as they have a different shape.

The girls were pleased to have two more charms to add to their bracelets, and these little doggies are pretty cute.

As you can see the girls are really enjoying these dolls, and Lydia absolutely loves her Dora, she has been giving her lots of cuddles. These are the great quality we have come to expect from Fisher-Price, and I think they are priced ok at £10.99. 5 stars, they are definitely a hit in our house.
