We have got a bumblebee nest in our garden at the moment! I am so pleased, and their gentle presence in the garden is so lovely. The previous owner of the house was evidently an avid gardener as our back garden is a riot of colour, flowering constantly from Spring ’till Autumn. The bees love it!
I went out for a play in the garden with my macro tubes & big lens and stalked a few of the bees. I quite like this shot, showing the detail on the wings and the cute fuzziness of the bee.

Amazing detail. I am never quick enough to capture a photo like this
Thank you for linking up
What a wonderful photo! You have captured so much detail!
Wow! You captured amazing detail! And what a beautiful flower, Clio lending a helping hand for Coombe Mill
It’s a lovely shot, nothing I like better than to see bees being busy in the garden #MySundayPhoto
Great shot! I need to experiment with my macro tubes a bit!
You must’ve been so fast – either that or you took hundreds of shots – to get this one which shows such detail.
Great shot
