How we store & organise our LEGO

It’s no secret that Lydia and Georgie are both huge LEGO fans. On every single birthday or Christmas wish list since they were old enough to press two bricks together, there have been LEGO sets. So it’s not surprising that over the years they have built up quite a collection of bricks and a variety of other weird and wonderful LEGO pieces.

BRICKLIVE – win tickets!

As huge Lego fans, we jumped at the offer of tickets for BRICKLIVE, the largest Lego event in the UK. We’ve been to a few of their events at the NEC in the past, and always really enjoy the chance to do some building, see amazing Lego models, and generally surround ourselves with all things Lego.

A day out at Legoland Discovery Centre, Birmingham

The girls have been really eager to go to the new LEGOLAND Discovery Centre in Birmingham, so when we told them we were going to be annual pass holders they were delighted. They really adore going to Sea Life Centre, as regular readers of my blog will know, so being able to go to LDC just across the canal is super exciting for them – we’ll be able to do both in one day quite often, especially with LDC having a nice little cafe inside with a decently priced kids meal deal.
