Review: popchips

popchips claim that these “chips” (aka crisps) taste better than baked crisps (aka cardboard) whilst still being a healthier option than fried crisps, and I have to say.. I agree. They are a little thicker than regular crisps and remind me of squished rice crispies, only made of potatoes instead of rice!

Baking Mad!

I seem to have spent an inordinate amount of time in the kitchen today. And I didn’t even cook dinner! As well as sorting out breakfast for myself & miss mischief, and lunch for all 3 of us, I did the dishwasher with Georgie’s help… It was so sweet! She was taking her plastic ikea …

This is something you can knock up while dinner is in the oven, as it’s very easy – I cheat and buy ready made caramel because I just can’t be bothered trying to make caramel that will probably taste worse than the tinned stuff!
