Review: David Luke School Uniform & Term Footwear

★★★★★ Georgie & Lydia are headed back to school next month, so we have been busy getting them kitted out for a new school year, sorting out all their uniform & supplies. David Luke kindly offered to send over a selection of their eco friendly uniform for the girls to check out, as well as a pair of Term Footwear shoes each.

Review: Simba Stormur Slippers

We were sent a pair of these slippers for James to review, and he has been delighted with them. His last pair of slippers have been wearing out, and we’ve been trying to find a new pair for him for a couple of months.

Some were too big, some too small, some just not at all comfortable, and some fell right off his feet when he tried to take a step. These Simba Stormur slippers, however, were “just right”.

Review: Hotter Pixie Boots

I was given these Hotter boots at the recent Hotter event I attended at the Solihull store. I have been testing them very thoroughly ever since… other than a few outings in my wellies I haven’t worn any other shoes since having my Hotter moment with these boots!

Review: Clarks girls shoes

Clarks children’s shoes are well known for being good quality and well designed, and I have to say my experience of them agrees with this. We were invited to take our girls to a local Clarks store to get their feet measured and find them some new shoes.

Lydia has never actually had her feet measured in store before, as we were in Cornwall when she started walking, and so we had the “first shoes” experience which was a nice touch. Georgie was very excited to have her feet measured using the new iPad system which was all very hi-tech! The sales assistant used the Foot Measuring Gauge for Lydia, which she sat through fairly happily.
