Trust me when I say you are going to be spending a lot of time sat on the sofa or in bed breastfeeding your baby, and a nursing pillow will make your life a lot easier.

Best tip: Whilst establishing breastfeeding to determine
whether latch is correct – Count to 10, if your still in pain your
latch is incorrect. Pop baby off and reposition

My best tip is to build up the confidence by having lots of support around you even join other mums who breast feed in the local area!

our Daughter is expecting our first Grandbaby and my Wife has been talking to her about breastfeeding and the best tip she has given her is to make sure you are comfortable and supported as it may take longer than you expect to start with.
