Hatchimals burst onto the toy scene a year or so ago with great success, and they aren’t going anywhere any time soon! Lydia has been asking for a “proper big Hatchimal” for months so she was completely and utterly over the moon when we were sent this to review.
Lydia is a big fan of soft toys, so when we were sent this cuddly Peter Rabbit toy to review, she took immediate ownership of it!
James and I both enjoy the Star Wars films, and we have a fair bit of Star Wars nerdiness around the house (we have spaceships dangling from the Living room ceiling!) but these Porgs are definitely going to stay all mine.
The Schleich brand always makes me think of high quality models, such as zoo and farm animals, and it is great to see that they are expanding their other product ranges this year, including mermaids, unicorns, and dinosaurs. We were sent one of the new Bayala mermaids for the girls to enjoy, and it has been a big hit with them both.
The girls were really excited about the Season 1 Hatchimals CollEGGtibles that they got for Christmas, and have been playing with them a lot, so I knew they would be really excited to find out about the new Season 2 range from Spinmaster.
Lydia absolutely adores soft toys so when we were sent this Build A Bear Stuffing Station to review she was very happy – being able to stuff her own bears was really exciting!
Luvabella is an interactive doll who talks & moves on her own – and Lydia was over the moon when we were selected to review her! My baby girl is completely in love with her new baby girl.
We were sent this Shimmer & Shine Playset to review, and both Lydia & Georgie have been having a lot of fun with it! They are fans of the Nick Jr show and really love pretending to go on all sorts of genie adventures.
It is Batman Day and to celebrate we have been sent this fab DC Super Friends Batman toy for our little Batgirl Lydia to play with.
Dobble is a fast thinking card game perfect for some quick family fun. We’ve had Dobble for a few years now, and so this new tin has gone to live at Grandma & Grandad’s house down in Cornwall. The girls love to play games with their grandparents when we visit, and they played dozens of games when we visited in the summer.
