Review: Worlds Apart Girls Patchwork Sling Bookcase

This sling bookcase, from the same World’s Apart range as Georgie’s new table & stool set, was a perfect item for us to review. Georgie is an avid reader and has definitely inherited her mother’s love of books! Frankly, we were starting to run out of places to keep her books, so a new bookcase is a welcome addition to our furniture collection!

Organix & Usborne team up to encourage reading

Georgie really loves Organix fruit pots, and she also really loves reading… that’s why this offer is perfect for us!

Usborne and Organix have joined forces to offer four different “That’s not my…” books free – for every two packs of Organix fruit pots you buy you can get a free book by sending off the cardboard sleeves with a small fee for postage.

Review: Learn to read with the Alphablocks – Phonics First Steps, Volume 1 (DVD)

Alphablocks is one of Georgie’s favourite CBeebies shows, so when we were offered this DVD to review, we accepted the offer gladly! The Alphablocks are fun & colourful characters who have all sorts of adventures. There is a different character for each letter, and the letters team up to spell out the words, which then magically come to life.

A new way to read touchy feely books!
