We were sent one of these Pop-Up Tape Handband Dispenser to try out when wrapping Christmas presents this year, and I have to admit it is really useful.
The dispenser attaches to the back of your hand or wrist with an elastic strap, so that you can hold down the paper with that hand, and remove a strip of tape with the other.
