I was sent the OXpwr Two a while ago to review (shamefully long ago; I’m afraid pregnancy, illness & other Real Life things have been interfering with the smooth running of Mama Geek!), and must admit am quite a big fan of this little gadget.
Sudocrem sunscreen mousse makes a lot of promises, including being very water-resistant, hypoallergenic, delivering high protection… all whilst being easy & quick to rub in. The short version of this review would be… it delivers, on all these promises.
Georgie has been having some issues with dry skin (I’m afraid that would be my genes playing up!) and so when we were sent the Sudocrem Moisturising Mousse to try out I was pleased to give it a go to see whether it would be any help.
We were sent one of these adorable Union Jack Raggy-Tag comfort blankets for Georgie to try and it has been a bit of an instant hit. The blanket is super soft and very patriotic – perfect for the “Great British Summer” ahead. It’s all about the Olympics this summer and this is a fantastic gift for the smallest of the spectators.
Georgie loves playing with toys at bathtime, and these flexibath toys were no exception. They are colourful, varied in shape & size, and wonderfully squashable!
I ordered a medium landscape photo book from Albelli as a souvenir of the Diamond Jubilee weekend. First impressions were really good; the book was packed well and had a slip to say that it had been checked by a member of their quality control team before dispatch. The photos look really nice and the physical photo book seemed to match up well to what was on my screen when I designed it.
I created a “My daddy…” photo book from love2read for James as a Father’s Day gift and I am really pleased with the end result! First impressions were great; the print quality is impressive, the photos look fantastic and the text is really crisp & easy to read.
Georgie gave me an Animal Jingle necklace for Mother’s Day and it came at just the right stage of our breastfeeding journey! Georgie was 10 months old and we were having quite a few problems with her grabbing my face or scratching me while she was feeding.
Georgie has been walking for a month and a half now, so she needs a pair of flexible shoes that let her feet continue developing correctly whilst still being comfortable and protective. These sneakies fit the bill perfectly!
It’s hard not to have pre-conceived notions about microwave meals when you are used to the typically mediocre standards of the meals usually found on the supermarket shelves. Even though the pictures of these meals looked inviting, I was still a little surprised to discover that they are actually really delicious.
